10th Annual Golf Tournament - Success for M.S.

ball-near-pins.gifSunday, June 3, 2007 dawned with damp and threatening skies.  One hundred and sixty golfers, forty teams of four players, took to the various tee off points for a shotgun start. With golf carts at the ready, the horn sounded to signal the start of play.

By 10:00 a.m. the intermittent sprinkles of rain stopped and the skies brightened ensuring a great day of golf at the Port Colborne Golf and Country Club.

The event was organized by Young Auto Professional managers Peter Stelmach and Tom Little with assistance from several staff members.  A multitude of sponsors provided a vast array of prizes that awaited the golfers at the dinner following the golfing.

First place was decided by two teams requiring a playoff hole to clinch the tournament championship.  Team DiCarmine prevailed over Team Fretz on the tie breaking hole.
